Not an accredited university. No degrees. No Title IV aid. Waitlist only.

Perlas University

Learn the desk.

Operator courses for creative and agency desks. The public work is a waitlist and three outlines. This is not a degree-granting university.

Tracks

Three outlines. Nothing for sale.

Each track is a curriculum outline. None is a full syllabus, and none is open for paid enrollment. Taught by Anthony R. Perlas, U.S. Veteran. AI teaching assistants for the research courses are on the faculty page. No degrees are claimed.

First-principles world master builders

Learn to build from first principles.

Behind the operator outlines is one idea worth studying: start from what is true, build your own tools, and keep the skills to explore. Four subject areas frame that idea. They are study themes, not degree programs.

Read the four themes
  1. Advanced AI, up to super-AI.

How advanced AI systems are built and used, how to work with them as tools, and how to check their output before you rely on it.

  2. Space as exploration and expedition.

Civilian access to space is opening exploration to more people, including starship cruise missions as a form of entertainment. Study the roles, planning and skills such expeditions would need.

Aspiration — not a schedule, prophecy, or ticket sale.

  3. Open access to build and explore.

How gatekeeping by large institutions, public or private, can shut new builders out, and how open tools, open knowledge and good records keep the door open.

  4. Off-grid expedition and survival skills.

Water, power, shelter, navigation and first aid: field skills for expedition teams and everyday emergencies.

Education only. Not a substitute for certified wilderness or first-aid training.

These themes are not courses yet. No enrollment, credit or certificate is offered. Outlines will be posted when they exist.

Enrollment

Interest is a waitlist.

Enrollment is not open. The steps below are how a note is kept until a track is actually offered.

  1. 01

    Read the outline.

Confirm the track describes the work you mean. The pages are short on purpose.

  2. 02

    Join the waitlist.

Name, email, phone and track go to the desk through a short Google Form.

  3. 03

    Nothing is reserved.

A waitlist entry is not enrollment and does not reserve a seat.

  4. 04

    Paid enrollment stays closed.

If a track ever opens for payment, Agency Launch still waits on counsel and TAA review. No waiting count is published.

Honesty

What this desk will not do.

  • It will not call itself regionally accredited.
  • It will not offer degrees, diplomas, or Title IV federal student aid.
  • It will not invent faculty names or credentials.
  • It will not teach manipulation, pressure scripts, or coercive closing.
  • It will not promise a talent-agency license, or the right to book talent for a fee where a license is required.
  • It will not treat courses or coaching notes as therapy, clinical care, or a substitute for licensed counsel.
  • Commercial desk tracks are for adults 21 and older.

Agency Launch remains an outline until counsel, including TAA review, is finished. Operator outlines, including Agency Launch, do not issue certificates. Nothing here is a degree, a state license or an accredited credential.

Questions

Asked plainly.

Is Perlas University accredited?Open

No. It is not a regionally accredited university. It does not confer degrees and does not participate in Title IV federal student aid. The name marks an education desk for operator courses and professional continuing education. What is public today is a set of outlines and a waitlist.

Can I enroll and pay today?Open

No. Paid enrollment is not open. Joining the waitlist records your interest with the desk. It is not a contract and not a seat.

Where does the waitlist form go?Open

To the Perlas University desk, through a Google Form. It asks for your name, email, phone, whether we may text you, and what you need. Joining does not enroll you.

Is Agency Launch a finished course?Open

No. It is a curriculum outline. The material was moved here from notes previously kept at anthonyrperlas.com. Counsel review, including TAA review, is pending before any paid enrollment.

Is this therapy, or legal advice?Open

No. Nothing on this desk is therapy, clinical care, legal advice, tax advice, or a license to practice. Coaching notes are curriculum, not treatment.

Who teaches?Open

Taught by Anthony R. Perlas, U.S. Veteran. Research courses also use AI teaching assistants, labeled as such, not human professors. No degrees are claimed. A human volunteer is named only with their consent, and only with credentials they hold.

Who is the work for?Open

Commercial desk tracks are for adults 21 and older. The waitlist asks you to confirm that before the form opens.

Will Agency Launch let me book talent or open an agency?Open

No. The outline does not confer a talent-agency license and does not authorize fee-based booking where the law requires a license. It describes how a desk behaves. It does not grant the legal power to run one.

Waitlist

Join the waitlist.

The waitlist is a short Google Form. It goes to the Perlas University desk. It asks for your name, email and phone, whether we may text you, and what you need. Joining does not enroll you and does not reserve a seat.
