About the desk.
Perlas University is the education desk of the Seroptics fleet. It publishes operator-course outlines, free non-credit research courses, and a waitlist.
Who keeps it.
The desk is kept by Anthony Perlas, with Seroptics. No biography of awards is printed here, and no personal teaching credential is claimed. Research courses use AI teaching assistants, labeled as such. A human volunteer is listed only after they agree, and only with credentials they hold.
People who complete a free research course may receive a certificate of completion issued by Perlas University. It records what they finished. It is not academic credit, a degree, a diploma, a license or an accredited credential. Operator outlines do not issue certificates.
The fleet’s mothership is seroptics.com. This page does not sell other desks’ services.
What it is not.
- A regionally accredited university.
- A degree, diploma, or Title IV program.
- A talent agency, a booking service, or a license to become one.
- Therapy, clinical care, or a counseling practice.
- Human professors with invented degrees. AI teaching assistants are labeled, and no degrees are claimed.
- A storefront for nightlife, talent packages, or dating coaching.
How the work is bounded.
Status, stated.The accredited-university claim is refused in the header of every page, not buried in a footnote.
Adults, for the desk.Commercial tracks are for people 21 and older. The waitlist asks for that confirmation before a note is saved.
No manipulation.The outlines do not teach pressure, deceit, or unlicensed agency practice. Agency Launch stays unpaid until counsel and TAA review are done.
