What the site is.
Perlas University publishes operator-course outlines and a waitlist for adults 21 and older on commercial desk tracks. It is not a regionally accredited university. It does not confer degrees. It does not participate in Title IV federal student aid.
The waitlist.
Joining the waitlist opens a short Google Form. That act is not enrollment, not a contract for instruction, not a payment, and not a reserved seat. No enrollment count is published.
Agency Launch.
Agency Launch is a curriculum outline for operating a booking desk ethically. It was moved here from notes previously kept at anthonyrperlas.com. Counsel review, including TAA review, is pending. Paid enrollment will not open on that track until the review is finished and this site says so. The outline does not confer a talent-agency license and does not authorize fee-based booking where a license is required.
Not care, not counsel.
Courses, outlines, and any future coaching attached to them are not therapy, medical care, mental-health treatment, legal advice, or tax advice. Crew School does not issue a safety certification, a union credential, or permission to supervise a set.
Conduct of the material.
The desk does not provide curricula for manipulation or coercion. You may not use these pages to claim that Perlas University accredited you, licensed you, or employed you.

Changes.
If paid enrollment opens, or if email delivery is connected, the pages that say otherwise will be rewritten before that happens. These terms are dated 29 September 2026. They do not select a court. A dispute, if one arises, is a matter for counsel.
