Agency Launch
Agency Launch.
A curriculum outline for operating a booking desk ethically. The notes were moved here from anthonyrperlas.com. Paid enrollment is not open.
What the outline names.
01
The desk.
What a booking conversation is responsible for, and what it must refuse. A desk is not a promise of work for anyone.
02
License lines.
Where a talent-agency license is required. This outline does not issue one, and it does not tell you that you may book talent for a fee without one.
03
Consent and records.
What to write down, who agreed, and which claims are outside the scope of the conversation.
04
Ethics.
Communication without manipulation. No pressure scripts. No curricula for coercion.
05
Not therapy.
Coaching notes in this outline are not therapy, counseling, or clinical care. They do not replace licensed care.
06
The review gate.
Nothing here is offered for payment until counsel review, including TAA review, is complete.
What it does not grant.
- A talent-agency license, or permission to operate as an agency.
- Clients, a roster, bookings, or introductions sold as a package.
- Dating-desk services. Those are not offered on this site.
- A teaching credential. None is claimed.
- A weekly syllabus. This is an outline, not a course you can start.
Commercial desk work is for adults 21 and older. If you want your interest kept, use the waitlist. Joining opens a short Google Form. It does not enroll you.
